WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH,
THE TOUGH GET GOING
WE HELP COMPANIES PROSPER IN TOUGH TIMES
No economic law requires a company to suffer in a recession. In almost every industry, some companies are prospering and improving their competitive positions.
If yours isn't performing as well as you'd like, we may be able to help you improve profitability and emerge from the recession ahead of your competition. |

How are
we able to provide solutions?
First,
there is a great benefit from seeing your company from the
outside: we notice things that those in the company's day-to-day
operations might miss (the "Can't see the forest for
the trees" syndrome), and we have no emotional investment
in any particular current function, policy or procedure.
Second, our
twenty years in management and over twenty years in business
consulting gives us more extensive and diverse experience
than most managers have.
Finally, our
advice doesn't replace the knowledge and experience of
your management, it provides a synergy that uses your management
with our experience and knowledge to give an enhanced result.

Unusual Cases:
-
Acting as an expert witness in litigation for a distributor, we provided testimony that resulted in quadrupling our client’s award for the value of her business.
-
Asked to review an offer to purchase our client’s successful manufacturing business, we determined that the written offer cleverly misrepresented the fact that the offer was intensely leveraged, with the entire risk of the transaction falling on our client, contrary to the verbal offer which had been previously made. Negotiations were terminated and the company continues to prosper.
-
During marketing consulting for a large, specialty medical practice, we found that a major competitor was fraudulently misrepresenting itself as associated with a large, prestigious hospital. As the result of discussions with the hospital regarding its liability for allowing the fraud to continue, the hospital sued the competitor to stop its misrepresentation and the use of the hospital’s name in its company name and various marketing activities.
